Aromatherapy Blending Class - Roller Remedy - Sun 2nd February 1-2:30pm
You'll know we've been working with Louise the professional Aromatherapist behind Barry-based Ynys Aroma to come up with the essential oil-based Room and Pillow Spray that we use in the studio.
February's Aromatherapy class is your chance to learn about essential oils with the theme love and self-love for Valentines. In keeping with an intimate theme, we'll be making a roller remedy to apply directly to skin.
Louise will bring oils especially for this purpose and help you to craft a combination for scent and intention. Your Aromatherapy Roller Remedy will be made using a base of coconut oil and your bespoke essential oil blend.

As the gym will be closed and unstaffed at the time of this class, we will close the shutters when the class begins. This is for security reasons and due to this, we cannot guarantee entry to late arrivals.
Please ensure you can arrive 10 minutes in advance to ensure a prompt start.
